PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control the output position of the comment data even when the output image of a document is changed. SOLUTION: The coordinate value 116 set on a screen at a point where the position and shape of the comment data 111 which are written into the document shown on an output screen via a comment input part 101 according to the operation of a user 100 is converted by a coordinate value conversion part 104 into the position information 117 that defines the document object element shown on a screen set at the position of the coordinate value as its reference position. Then the information 117 is stored in a storage 119 as the comment data 118 using the information 117. When a comment output part 107 fetches the data 118 as the output object comment data 120 and outputs the comments to the output screen, the position information 121 on the data 120 is converted into the coordinate value 122 on a screen via a position information conversion part 106. Then the corresponding comments are outputted to the relevant position on the screen. |
