PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to increase the strength and to make the current route longer by partially changing the composition of an REBa2 Cu3 Ox bulk superconductor to be oriented, causing that part to lose superconductivity by doing that way and changing the current route for a superconductive current. SOLUTION: An REBa2 (Cu1-y ,Fey )3 Ox pattern for limiting a current route is formed by performing oxygen annealing, after the finish of crystal growth by the use of a QMG method being a melting method for example, in an REBa2 Cu3 Ox superconducting bulk to be oriented (here, RE represents one kind or more of elements chosen from a group composed of Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu). As the result of making the crystal construction of the nonsuperconducting phase part of the REBa2 Cu3 Ox bulk superconductor obtained in this way approximately the same as a superconducting phase also, it becomes possible to make the current route longer, and to increase the strength. |
