Connected to the condenser plates is a measurement apparatus for the capacity alterations of the condenser formed by the two plates. The condenser plates are accommodated in a secondary channel, which via an input aperture and via an output aperture is so connected with the primary pump channel (1), that during operation of the pump a flow of the medium through the secondary channel occurs. The secondary channel is formed by two electrically insulated, concentric pipe sections (4,5), which with corresponding first outer ends issue in the primary pump channel to form the input aperture (12) and the output aperture (13). In their corresponding second outer end they are connected in order to form the through secondary channel. |
