The frame has a step-shaped ledge 7 formed by two parallel displaced outer surfaces (2',9) of the frame and one outer surface extending out of frame plane. An accommodation groove (8) is provided in one of the parallel outer surfaces (9), with a holding groove in the extending outer surface (7'). A cover strip (5) is provided at its end section with a support arm (6) extending to the extending outer surface (7'). The free end of the support arm is secured in the holding groove in a positive engagement and/or forced locking manner. The cover strip in its end area (5') opposite to the support arm (6) is loosely inserted in the accommodation groove (8). This groove is so formed that the cover strip in its end area inserted in the groove is pivotable and so deeply insertable, that by means of such a pivoting the free end (6') of the support arm is insertable into the holding groove and secured there.
