An automatic smoking machine, in which a robot device acts to automatically mount holders and cigarettes to smoking ports of a smoking machine body, comprises a holder tray supplying mechanism and a cigarette tray supplying mechanism, which are provided near a terminal end of a rail of the robot device. A plurality of holder trays and cigarette trays, which hold a required number of holders and cigarettes, are retained in the holder tray supplying mechanism and the cigarette tray supplying mechanism, and these trays are successively supplied one by one to a position in an operation range of the robot device to thereby enable a completely automatic operation continuing over a long time.
