Production of permanent plastic ceramic model

摘要

Production of a permanent plastic ceramic model for miniaturised components of a microsystem comprises: (a) dispersing a ceramic powder in an organic solvent; (b) producing a suspension from the dispersed ceramic powder and organic additives by intensively mixing; (c) pouring the suspension into water with immediate agglomerate and sediment formation; (d) decanting the water and drying the residue; and (e) kneading the residue until a homogeneous mass is formed suitable for forming a mould.
