Hydrostatic axial piston pump

The pump incorporates a stationary control plate (3) and a rotating cylinder (2) with pistons (4) which are moved axially via slide pads (5). The slide pads move over a swash plate (6). The angle of the swash plate can be adjusted with a lever (8) which is provided with a pad at its end, and which can pivot about a central pin (20). The pad can be moved by a piston (11) so as to adjust the angle of the lever and the swash plate. The pad is pressed against the piston by a spring (13) as well as by a piston which is mounted parallel with the spring.
