Automobile velocity control system

摘要

The velocity control system has an output device for providing map data relating to the vehicle route, with detection of the momentary position (Po) of the vehicle relative to the map and the momentary velocity, for predicting the vehicle path. The angle of the vehicle path segment between the mometary position and a predicted position (Pn) is compared with a reference angle to allow the vehicle velocity to be regulated for ensuring safe cornering of the vehicle.
