<p>The invention concerns a compact lighting device, in particular for lighting an active matrix in a monochrome or trichromatic display device. This device comprises a source and collimating means for delivering a lighting direction of the source along a direction (Dy) and two optical components (M1) and (M2) ensuring the anamorphosis of the lighting in a direction parallel to the direction (Dy) and in a direction (Dz) perpendicular to the direction (Dy) respectively. These components can characteristically be of the holographic network type operating in transmission or in reflection. The invention is applicable to displays.</p> |
