<p>The invention applies to drilling equipment, in particular to the turbodrills fitted out with reduction gear (reducers). This invention is best suited to drilling of oil and gas wells. It also may find use in mining and industrial engineering. This can best be done in drilling of deep high-temperature controlled directional and horizontal wells. The reduction gear turbodrill incorporates the turbine (1) including a shaft (5) and a body (4) with several turbine stages and supports; a reduction gear (2) equipped with input (16) and take-off (17) shafts and gearings (18) which is bounded to the turbine; a spindle (3) supplied with axial and radial shaft supports set up inside its body. The take-off shaft of the reduction gear is connected to the shaft (21) of the spindle through the torsion shaft (28) and the bodies of the reduction gear and the spindle are bounded through a joint flange (36). The torsion shaft is enclosed with a clearance in the protective bushing (31) which forms a ring clearance with the inner surface of the flange. The reduction gear, the torsion shaft and the supports of the spindle are housed in one hermetically sealed chamber filled out with oil. If one uses the flange with misalignment, the torsion shaft is connected to the nearest shafts through flexible couplings. In this case, the torsion shaft operates as a cardan and the reduction gear turbodrill as a deflector.</p> |
