Fuel injection device with input feed conduit for liquid precombustion fuel

Devices are available for driving the liquid pre-combustion fuel outwards in order to flow along the inner surface of the pre-combustion fuel-air mixture through passage (12), in order to produce a film of liquid pre-combustion fuel downstream of the downstream end of the precombustion fuel-air mixture through passage. Devices are incorporated for atomisation and spraying the film, those for the latter function comprising a device for provision of a second pre-air flow, which runs with a second pre-air mass flow rate at the exterior of the film of liquid pre-combustion fuel. A fuel injection device comprises an input feed conduit for liquid pre-combustion fuel with an input feed conduit inlet and outlet for liquid pre-combustion fuel.
