摘要 Light (2,2') is concentrated or distributed by a flat prism unit (1') in several trapezium-shaped sections (1) in a row and inclined positions. The light beam (2') strikes the surface (3) of the prism unit mainly at right angles. Inclination of the unit is such that the rays are deflected to a second surface (4), and from there fully reflected onto a third surface (7). The inclination and shape of the trapezium sections are such that the light beam comes only into contact with the above surfaces (3,4,7) and not with a fourth surface (4'), the emerging bundle (8') being at an acute angle to the unit (1'). The prism sections can be all in one piece, with a single smooth third surface (7) and the corner (10) towards the incoming light beam (2) can be widened. The length of the prisms can be greater than their cross-sectional dimensions.
