The invention concerns a machine for welding synthetic sheets or films, consisting essentially of a table (1) of great length for the flat positioning of at least one width to be welded by a welding head (2) proper, provided with a welding tool-holder (9) and mounted movable along the table (1), on the infrastructure (3) of the latter, and guided relative to said table (1). The machine is characterised in that it is provided with means (11) for adjusting the parallel movement of the welding head (2) relative to the corresponding edge of the table (1), with a device (12) for adjusting the position of the welding tool-holder (9) and with adjustable means (13) for supporting the edge of the width to be welded on the corresponding edge of the table (1). The invention is particularly applicable in the field of machines for producing large synthetic film or sheet surfaces. |
