The switch has a housing contg. a contact system and a movable actuating element (8) mounted on the housing (2). A switching journal (9) mounted on the actuating element protrudes into the housing via an opening (10) and switches the contact system (3) when actuated. The housing opening has a sealing membrane (13). The actuating element has a pot-shaped inner vol. (14) covering the housing opening. The sealing membrane is a bellows with two opposing edge regions, one connected to the actuating element in the inner vol. and the other to the housing wall so that at least part of the sealing membrane is accepted into the inner vol. when the actuating element is actuated.
