<p>PURPOSE:To provide a toner excellent in offset resistance, blocking resistance and fixing property. CONSTITUTION:In the polymeric toner 31 containing at least a binding resin, a coloring agent and/or a magnetic powder and a wax component, a polyethylene wax having >=80% crystallinity is used as the wax component and is previously dispersed in a polymerizable monomer in short fibrous state by heating to melt and cooling the polyethylene wax in the polymerizable monomer at the time of producing and the polymeric toner containing the wax dispersed in the polymeric toner particle in short fibrous body is obtained by suspension polymerizing a polymerizable composition containing the polymerizable monomer, the coloring agent and/or magnetic powder in the presence of the short fibrous body 32 of the polyethylene wax.</p> |
