The camera for IR has a heat sensitive camera tube, and there are rotating stops for consecutive blocking and passing the heat flow falling on the camera tube heat sensitive layer. The rotating stop is in the form of a cylindrical cage (3) which is open at one end. It is so mounted that its cylinder sections (5) distributed over its periphery cut the path of heat flow between the infra-red optical system (10) and the camera tube (9) heat sensitive layer.
