<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of the material of a rear decorative sheet under the condition that a decorative plywood is prevented from warping and, at the same time, its surface finish is maintained by a method wherein the rear decorative sheet is made of a plurality of sheet materials divided from one another. SOLUTION: A decorative plywood 1 consists of a front decorative sheet 3 bonded to the front surface of a core material 2 and a rear decorative sheet 4 bonded to the rear surface of the core material 2. The core material 2 is made of a lauan plywood, an MD board, a particle board or the like. The front decorative sheet 3 and the rear decorative sheet 4 consist of phenol- impregnated resin paper having the same material and quality as each other. The front decorative sheet 3 consists of a single continuous phenol-impregnated resin paper, while the rear decorative sheet 4 consists of a plurality of sheet materials 4a made of phenol-impregnated resin paper divided from one another under the condition that the sheet materials 4a and 4a are connected with one another having no gap between them. As a result, as the rear decorative sheet 4, odd materials can be utilized. Further, the number, shape, arrangement and the like of a plurality of sheet material are arbitrary.</p> |
