PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink recording material which can form a recording layer of good ink absorption properties and resistance to water and of superior transparency. SOLUTION: An aqueous ink recording material is the one wherein an ink acceptive layer containing a hydrophilic group composed of tertiary amine, quaternary ammonium salt and/or betaine which have the groups such as -COOM, -SO3 M, -OSO3 M, -PO(OM)2 and the formula (R represents H or alkyl group, and M represents H, Li, Na or K) and fine powder composed of water-soluble modified polyvinyl acetal resin which is turned into acetal by using both of aromatic aldehyde and acetaldehyde, silicic acid, silica, kaolin, clay, alumina, calcium carbonate, zeolite, titanium oxide, talc and the like is formed on a substrate. |
