PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the inside of a body at an internal pressure state lower than a first predetermined pressure state and heat food to a high temperature at a higher pressure state than an atmospheric pressure by providing a through hole in a lid and bringing a packing or a valve which comprises an elastic material which is not induced by high frequency into contact with the through hole from an external face. SOLUTION: A packing 30 comprises a pressed part 31 between an opening end of a container body 10 and a cover 22 of a lid 20 and a seal 33 between an inner side of the opening end of the container body 10 and a protrusion 21a of the lid 20. The seal 33 exhibits an approximately J-shaped cross section, wherein the lower end of the approximate J-shape of the cross section is in contact with a periphery of a lower end of a protrusion 11 of the container 10. In addition, a through hole 23 is provided at a border between the cover 22 and the protrusion 21a of the lid 20, while the seal 33 is in elastic contact with an end of the through hole 23 on an outer peripheral side of the protrusion 21a. A first pressure at a predetermined atmospheric pressure or higher is set by pressing force of the container body 10, the cover 22 of the lid 20 and the pressing part 31 of the packing 30, and an elastic state between the protrusion 11 and the lower end of the container body 10 serves as a safety valve, setting a second pressure. |
