<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a governing control device for reversible pump-turbine of which transient responsiveness is good when set input to the governing control device is changed at disturbance of the system. SOLUTION: This governing control device is provided with a PID computing part 20 PID-computing based on a deviation valueΔGOV subtracting a drooping factor value YE and rotating speed (n) from a set output command valueΔP, a control path part 23 amplifying the deviation valueΔGOV and bypassing the PID computing part 20 so as to output an amplified value G, and an addition part 23B adding the computed result GY obtained by the PID computing part 20 to the amplified value G obtained by the control path part 23 so as to output a guide vane opening command value GC.</p> |
