<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an exchange capacity consumption rate of a filter material to a large extent and to stabilize removal capacity by laminating a plurality of chemical filters having a filter material composed of at least one of a fabric and a nonwoven fabric being fiber aggregate. SOLUTION: A laminated chemical filter 18 consists of first layer, second layer, third layer and fourth layer chemical filters 19, 20, 21, 22 and the chemical filters 19-22 of the respective layers have filter materials 23 and filter frames 24 holding them. By laminating the chemical filter materials 19-22 combined with a fabric or a nonwoven fabric, the flow of air in the filter can be uniformized. The laminated filter materials can be respectively attached and detached and the first layer is detached from the upstream side along the flow of air and an unused or regenerated filter is mounted on the most downstream side and exchange capacity can be raised.</p> |
