PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the amount of computation for printing one line from becoming very large. SOLUTION: A sample hold circuit 60 detecting a voltage drop in a power supply line 20 and outputting the result of detection, an amplifier 70 receiving the output of the sample hold circuit 60 and amplifying it to a voltage corresponding to the voltage drop and an adder 80 adding the voltage after this amplification to a supply voltage from a constant voltage circuit 40 are provided. Thereby the voltage applied to a heat-generating part 10 can always be made constant without conducting a very large amount of computation, even when the voltage drop occurs, and thus the density of printing can always be kept constant.
|
