<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection member of a detector for ion pieces, having widened detection area of iron piece without causing deformation and change in a search coil by magnetic disturbance or vibration which occurs in the circumference and removed in radiation of line of magnetic force. SOLUTION: In this detector of iron piece constituted so as to detect existence of iron piece in a sewn product carried by a belt conveyer in a detection part comprising a permanent magnet and a detection member, the detection member 1 arranges a detection tool 2 obtained by winding a search coil 6 around a small-sized iron core 5 obliquely to passing direction of the sewn product and arranges plural detection tools 2 in lateral direction and as a whole, installs these detecting tools 2 in a state perpendicular to passing direction of the sewn product and output of search coil 6 of each detecting tool 2 is connected to an electronic circuit 7 so as to erase to each other and a detection member containing the search coil 6 and a permanent magnet 4 are integrally installed.</p> |
