PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous composition stable without being concerned with the temperature change, capable of maintaining high fluidity for a long time, manifesting a sufficient strength after being hardened and having good operability by using a mixture of anα-hemihydrate gypsum with a cement as a substrate, and blending a fluidizing agent, a retarder and an accelerator with the substrate. SOLUTION: This self leveling material comprisesα-hemihydrate gypsum obtained as a byproduct when producing phosphoric acid by using a phosphate rock and sulfuric acid by a wet phosphoric acid production method, a cement, a fluidizing agent, a retarder and an accelerator. Theα-hemihydrate gypsum is preferably the one obtained by adding an alkali after being dried. Theα- hemihydrate gypsum of 99-50 pts.wt. and the cement of 1-50 pts.wt. are preferably used based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of theα-hemihydrate gypsum and the cement. The fluidizing agent is preferably an oxycarboxylic acid based one and/or polycarboxylic acid-based one. A hydroxycarboxylic acid and/or salts thereof is used as the retarder, and an alkali metal carbonate and/or an alkali metal bicarbonate is used as the accelerator. |
