PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a film with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A sheet is conveyed being held by a driving roller 10 with unevenness formed on the surface by sticking ceramic powder to the surface 12 of a high rigidity roller 11, and a carrier roller 20 with a coating layer 23 of low friction material formed on the surface of an elastic roller 22. Ceramic powder is formed of alumina or silicon carbide and has an average grain diameter of 20μm-70μm, and its distribution density in the surface 12 is 20-80%.
