<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling apparatus which can highly frequently carry out simulation of the biological water treatment process based on biological indexes and to properly control operation of a water treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: Language models 3, 4, 6, 8 of a control apparatus suggest a plurality of operation scenarios according to the operation state of a water treatment apparatus 1, judged based on the operation data including on-line measured biological indexes. Simulation of water treatment process is carried out by employing a mathematical model 7 expressed by various kinds of parameters including the biological indexes and the results of the apparatus operation carried out based on the respective operation scenarios are estimated. The language models carry out the evaluation of the estimated operation results and select the optimum operation scenario based on the situation of the apparatus operation such as alteration of the biological indexes. A water treatment apparatus can be operated according to the optimum scenario.</p> |
