PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite cutting blade having a narrow grain size distribution and with the grains having almost the same geometrical shape. SOLUTION: This composite cutting blade 1 has a diamond grain 3 to grind a hard foundation of concrete, etc., the diamond grain 3 is smaller than the blade, and the diamond grain 3 is embedded in a matrix by a metallic main binding material 2. In this case, each of the blades 1 is formed by aggregating and sintering a mixture of the diamond grain 3 having 50-300μm size and the binding material 2 by a separate shaping process, and the grain size of the blade 1 is controlled to 400-1200μm. |
