<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minify the dispersion of a position in which a sliding cylinder adds a push-press force to an outside pad by transmitting the push-press force from the sliding cylinder to the outside pad by the wire rod with a circular section stored in an arc groove formed on the flat surface opposing to the back surface of the outside pad of the sliding cylinder. SOLUTION: Four arc grooves 20, 21, 22, 23 extending to the rotation direction of a disc rotor 11 are formed on the flat surface of a sliding cylinder 15 opposing to the back surface of an outside pad 13 and the wire rod 24 with a circular section having the larger diameter than the depth of the groove is stored in the arc groove 21. The transmission of the pressing force from the sliding cylinder 15 to the outside pad 13 is carried out by this wire rod 24. As the position of the wire rod 24 in the radius direction of the disc rotor 11 is positioned in more outer diameter side than the position in which a brake torque is added from the outside pad 13 to a mounting 14, at the brake operation time, a friction force is generated at the sliding position between the outside pad 13 and the mounting 14 and the vibration of the outside pad 13 is reduced by this friction force.</p> |
