PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plate which can exhibit noise-preventive performances and fracture resistance regardless of the speed of a shock by forming an acrylic polymer base containing filaments of a plastic material having a specified thickness on the surface of a plate opposite to its surface on which a shock is exerted. SOLUTION: An acrylic polymer base provided at a distance corresponding to 20-35% of the entire thickness of a plate. The polymer which constitutes the acrylic base is an MMA homo- or copolymer having about 10wt.% another copolymer containing e.g. ethyl (meth)acrylate or butyl (meth)acrylate in a low concentration and has a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-2,000,000. The filament used is desirably a monofilament 0.1-4mm in length. The distance between bonds is generally 10-100mm, and the size of the band is 5-25mm. It is made of a material selected among polyamides and polypropylenes. The acrylic polymer containing the filaments may be formed on the two surfaces. |
