PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently mass-producing high-quality parallelepiped vinegared rice rolled in laver with corners making as accurately and uniformly a right angle as possible by applying a sufficient pressure to the vinegared rice and laver sheets. SOLUTION: This apparatus produces parallelepiped vinegared rice rolled in laver by a wrapping mechanism 5 comprising a wrapping board 17 and a lifting device 18, where a pressing board 43 is detachably set up onto a rectangular piece 22 at one end of the wrapping board 17 (or onto the rectangular piece 22 and a rectangular piece 20 at the center of the wrapping board 17). A first contact piece 34 coming into contact with the lifting device 18 and a working body 35 are set up on the underside of the rectangular piece 22, a second contact piece 36 is attached in such a way as to protrude from the front end of the working body 35, and the pressing board 43 is detached from the rectangular piece 22 by pushing up the second contact piece 36 to rotate the working body 35, in order to press the upper side of the vinegared rice rolled in laver downwards (or the pressing board 43 is detached from the rectangular pieces 20 and 22 to press the upper and lower sides of the vinegared rice rolled in laver in both directions in the same manner). |
