PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation containing one or more of bile acids as an active ingredient and capable of stimulating an organ for secreting sputum and stimulating and improving the action of the sputum. SOLUTION: The preparation contains one or more kinds of acids selected from the group consisting of bile acids (preferably cholic acid) and their physiologically acceptable salts as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is preferably contained in an amount of 0.001-10wt.% in the preparation. The sputum action means an action related to a beautifully skin-whitening action, and atopic dermatitis-treating action, a hair growth-stimulating action, a digestive juice secretion-stimulating action, a diuretic action, a dejection-stimulating action, etc., thereby enabling to expect the promotion and improvement of the action. The action is caused by stimulating the secretion of water from corium to skin to sufficiently retain the water in the skin. |
