PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ceiling space, and easily and safely install a fan filter unit. SOLUTION: This ceiling frame 14 is assembled like a grating via the orthogonal arrangement of a plurality of vertical beams 16 and horizontal beams 18, and a fan filter unit 12 is placed at a rectangular opening 20 formed out of the vertical and horizontal beams 16 and 18. In this case, both ends of the fan filter unit 12 are held on two horizontal beams 18 to form the rectangular opening 20, and are respectively provided with holders capable of entering and retreating from the rectangular opening 20. |
