PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat resistance and impact resistance while maintaing superior steam barrier properties and easy opening and sealing properties by laminating a polyamide resin layer and a cyclic olefin resin layer via an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A laminated film comprises a polyamid resin layer A and a cyclic olefin system resin layer C that are laminated to each other via an adhesive layer B. As a laminated film like this, a laminated film or the like is taken for example in which both the A and C layers are a single layer, or the A layer is a double layer, while the C layer is a single layer, and the A layer constitutes an outermost layer. In a laminated film like this, the total thickness of the A layer ranges 5 to 50μm, the total thickness of the B layer 5 to 20×m and the thickness of the C layer 5 to 150μm. When the thickness of the A layer becomes less than 5μm, the heat and impact resistances are reduced, while when it exceeds 50μm, the easy opening property is reduced. When the thickness of the B layer becomes less than 5μm, the adhesive force is reduced, while it exceeds 20μm, the easy hand-tearing property is reduced. When the thickness of the C layer becomes less than 5μm, the easy opening property and moistureproofing property are reduced, while when it exceeds 150μm, the flexibility of the laminated film becomes poor.
