摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform grinding with excellent cutting quality, and lengthen the service life of a grinding wheel by protrusively fixing a super abrasive grain to a single layer by a metallic binding material by a brazing material containing a hard particle composed of one or more kinds among a super abrasive grain having a grain diameter not more than 1/2 of a grain diameter of a super abrasive grain, an abrasive grain and a hard compound. SOLUTION: A diamond particle 1 of #100 (an average grain diameter of 149μm) is fixed to a single layer on an outer periphery of steel base metal 2 by an activating brazing material 3 composed of Ag7-Cu-28-Ti2. A hard particle 4 composed of a diamond particle of #400 is contained by 25 capacity % in the brazing material 3. The hard particle is a mixture of one kind to two or more kinds such as a super abrasive grain, an abrasive grain or a hard compound, and a grain diameter is set not more than at least 1/2 of a grain diameter of the super abrasive grain from binding power and grinding resistance. Therefore, mesh-clogging is not caused, and the cutting quality is excellent, and stable work can be performed, and the service life of a grinding wheel can be lengthened.
