PURPOSE:To manufacture a miniature and high-accuracy oscillator in an easy way, by unifying the vibrating part and the support part for the crystal oscillator which is formed as prescribed and also providing the support part to the short side of the vibrating part. CONSTITUTION:Vibrating part 102 and support part 103ab are unified for the crystal oscillator. The proper combination is given between the cut-out angle formed by rotating the Y-plate crystal by -45-55 deg. centering the X axis and then + or -40-50 deg. centering on new Y' axis and the long-short side ratio 0.8-0.95 of the vibrating part. The ling side is set as l=1.5-5mm. According to the logical calculation, a higher efficiency is obtained by providing the support part at the short side. After this, Cr of 300Angstrom and gold of 1200Angstrom are laminated each other to form a thick film of 1500-5000Angstrom to mass-produce the oscillator through the selective etching and with suppression of the corrosion of the electrode film. In this method, a high-accuracy and miniature oscillator can be mass-produced. |
