<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration in the circumferential part of a base board and reduce amplitude of the vibration and deflection in the central part of the base board by holding a part, which becomes a belly part in vibration of the base board developed by vibration of a large base board. SOLUTION: When vibration is provided on a glass base board 13 caused by a down flow, the glass base board 13 itself also tries to vibrate. In this case, respective parts of corner parts A' and the central parts B' of respective sides which become a belly part in vibration of the circumferential part of the glass base board 13 are constrained by adsorption of adsorption parts 12 of respective corner parts A and respective side central parts B of the base board holder 11. The vibration in the circumferential part of the glass base board is thus suppressed as a primary vibration pattern of the glass base board 13. The constraint of the part of the circumferential part of the glass base board 13 which becomes the belly part in vibration increases the deflection rigidity in the central part C so as not to develop remarkably as the belly part.</p> |
