PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic sheet having high adhesiveness to the skin, free from disagreeable feeling, exhibiting high shape-retainability of cosmetic and uniformly peelable from the skin by using a hydrophilic sheet having a specific hardness. SOLUTION: This cosmetic sheet is a hydrophilic sheet having a hardness of 5,000-100,000gf/mm<2> . The material of the sheet is a polymer especially having hydroxyl group, ethylene oxide group or amide group (especially preferably starch or its derivative, particularly a starch wafer). The thickness of the cosmetic sheet is preferably 5-500μm. The cosmetic sheet can be used by applying a cosmetic to the skin and pasting the sheet to the applied part. As an alternative, the sheet is pasted to the skin after coating the sheet with a cosmetic or impregnating the cosmetic into the sheet.
