<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working time efficiency and to prevent lowering of shelf use efficiency in a warehouse by carrying out deposit or delivery instruction to a shelf of a rank to which each item corresponds to and looking through item rank classification in accordance with a deposit and delivery work hysteresis and a use hysteresis of each shelf. SOLUTION: A warehouse control computer 1 decides a deposit or delivery shelf so as to make deposit and delivery work the most efficient in accordance with a deposit shelf decisive logic at the time of deposit and a delivery shelf decisive logic at the time of delivery respectively and transmits instruction of the decided deposit or delivery shelf to a terminal 5. A worker in a warehouse works by seeing deposit shelf instruction or delivery shelf instruction displayed on the terminal 5 and transmits actual working result to the warehouse control computer 1 from the terminal 5. That is, a use rate of a shelf of each rank is computed in accordance with a shelf use hysteresis of a shelf control file 4. Thereafter, a frequency degree of the deposit or delivery work of an item unit is computed in accordance with the deposit and delivery work hysteresis of an item control file 3.</p> |
