PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a good sliding property so as to improve operability in wearing a seat belt by carrying out double molding so that an outside surface of a sliding part surface alone, on which webbing is slid, is covered by a low friction resin provided with a friction coefficient lower than that of a covering resin. SOLUTION: A through anchor 1 is formed by double molding so that the outside face of a sliding face part 11 alone, on which webbing 10 is slid, in a webbing insertion slot 3 is covered by a low friction resin 9 with a friction coefficient lower than that of a covering resin 4, and as a result, sliding in the sliding face part 11 in the webbing insertion slot 3 is smoothed, and operability can be improved when the webbing is pulled out or wound up. |
