PAPER BOX HAVING SHAKE-OUT PORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely keep a state wherein a shake-out port is closed with a lid plate by a method wherein a lid plate to open/close a shake-out port, which is provided on one of side surface plates of a rectangular parallelopiped shaped box, is bendably extended from the side end edge of a rear surface plate, and a lid plate corner part of the lid plate is made fittable in a shake-out port corner part on the rim of the shake-out port. SOLUTION: When a paper box having a shake-out port 18 is built up, a blank is bent at folding lines between a rear surface plate 2 and a side surface plate 4, and also, between a front surface plate 1 and a side surface plate 3, and a starch part piece 5 and the rear surface of the rear surface plate 2 are bonded. Then, the blank is bent at folding lines 21 between the front surface plate 1 and the side surface plate 4, between the side surface plate 3 and the starch part piece 5, and also, between the rear surface plate 2 and a lid piece 13 to form a paper box, and then, an insertion piece 8 is inserted in an incision 20, and an insertion piece 10 of a bottom surface plate 9 is inserted to the inside of the rear surface plate 2, and a bottom surface and a top surface are built up. Under this state, the side end on the opposite side from the folding line 21 is pushed outside, and by doing so, the lid plate 13 falls outside with the folding line 21 as a hinge, and at the same time, a guide piece 16 is pulled out, and the shake-out port is totally opened, and when the lid plate 13 is pushed to the side surface plate 3 from this state, the shake-out port is placed under a closed state.
