<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set remote conveyance commands through a production monitoring system, which displays the condition of each equipment and workpiece in a machining state. SOLUTION: When a manual conveyance function (remote conveyance function) is started (S101), a system state display screen appears in the display (S103). The operator selects the pallet to be carried by box number the pallet selection field and drags it onto the system state display screen (S105), moves it to the position representing the desired station or machining device and drops it there (S107). At this point, if the pallet can be transferred (S109), it is input into the file. If it cannot be transferred, an error message appears on the screen (S113). Through such operation, a single remote conveyance command is registered and conveyance begins.</p> |
