<p>PURPOSE:To exchange data, etc. with each end system without any operators by turning on and off the power supply of only the corresponding data processing system when the local address coincides with the received address information. CONSTITUTION:Power supply control circuit PC monitors the power supply condition of arithmetic input-output unit UNIT with state signal STATE and turns on and off the UNIT power supply by control signal CNT. Data signal RD from modem M is converted 1 from a series signal to parallel signal and written in receiving register 2. Then, the parallel signal includes address information AD, the call detection circuit 3 allows AD to be read from register 2, AD thus read out is input into comparison unit 5 together with local address MAD peculier to end system TEMI that has been read out of local address memory 4 and the making signal ON is input into PC only when AD coincides with MAD.</p> |
