PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cornea moist state monitoring device with which a moist state on the surface of the cornea can be monitored. SOLUTION: A cornea moist state monitoring device 20 is provided with an ultraviolet laser beam source 1 close to a wavelength 200nm for irradiating the cornea 2 with pulse beam, infrared ray detecting means 5 for detecting infrared rays radiated from the cornea 2 by irradiating it with pulse beam, and monitoring means 7 for monitoring a change with the passage of time in the intensity of infrared rays based on a detecting signal detected by the infrared ray detecting means 5. |
