<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a blanket, capable of printing an alignment mark and a describing line simultaneously while satisfying printing characteristics, required to respective printings, and realize the reduction of cost of the blanket. SOLUTION: The surface rubber layer of a printing blanket includes at least an alignment mark printing zone and a line describing printing zone while the alignment mark printing zone thereof is provided with a hardness greater than that of the line describing printing zone. The printing blanket is manufactured by a method wherein the part in the surface rubber layer, which corresponds to the alignment mark printing zone, is heated locally. On the other hand, a color filter is made by a method wherein the alignment mark and the line describing part of a color filter layer, a black matrix layer and the like are printed simultaneously by offset printing employing a blanket for printing.</p> |
