<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb dispersion of width of paper by attaching a weak elastic member at least on an inside surface of a paper width guide plate on one side out of the paper width guide plates on both sides arranged in the inside of a paper feeding cassette to arrange width of paper sheets. SOLUTION: A weak elastic member 3 such as a sponge, etc., is attached on an inside surface of a paper width guide plate 2R out of both of the paper width guide plates 2F, 2R, and a sliding sheet 4 of plastic, etc., is attached on a surface making contact with an end part of a sheet P to place on a sheet push-up plate 5 of the weak elastic member 3. The weak elastic member 3, in the case when there is dispersion in width of the sheets accumulated on the sheet push-up plate 5, is deformed in accordance with it and absorbs dispersion. As the end part of the sheet P makes contact with the sliding sheet 4 attached on the weak elastic member 3, contact resistance is reduced and the sheets are smoothly carried and guided.</p> |
