<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating, method for obtaining good electrolytic copper by recognizing an effective amt. of glue in an electrolyte to prevent an adverse effect due to the excess and deficiency of the glue. SOLUTION: The relation between the depth of a streak generated on the surface of electrolytic copper obtained and the amt. of glue added is previously obtained, the depth of the surface of the actually obtained electrodeposited copper is measured, and the amt. of glue to be added is recognized from the relation. Consequently, the effective amt. of glue in the electrolyte is detected, the excessive addition of glue is prevented, and good electrodeposition is attained. Since this calibration curve is affected by the operating conditions other than the glue concn., the calibration curve should be prepared based on the operating conditions to be used.</p> |
