PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a coil in a construction in which the coil to be built in a casing is fixed with caulking parts provided on the casing side. SOLUTION: An inner circumferential wall 17b receiving an exciting coil and caulking the end part in the axial direction so as to fix it is provided in a casing 17, and the exciting coil is held inward in the radial direction with three fingers 53 provided on an automatic machine so as to be received in the inner circumferential wall 17b. A plurality of recessed part 56 are provided on the end part in the direction of standingly provided inner circumferential wall 17b, so that the extreme end part of the fingers 53 do not interfere with the inner circumferential wall 17b at inserting them, and a plurality of caulking parts 58 are arranged through the respective recessed parts 56. Under the condition in which the exciting coil is contacted with a step part 55 for positioning in the axial direction, the extreme end parts of the fingers 53 are received in the recessed parts 56, and because a plurality of the caulking parts 58 comb- teeth-likely formed of the inner circumferential wall 17b do not interfere with the extreme end part of the respective fingers 53, the coil can be suitably assembled. |
