PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolytic hydrogen dissolved water capable of preventing or eliminating the damage of DNA. SOLUTION: Pure water is obtained from tap water and NaCl is added to pure water to adjust the conductivity thereof to 100μS/cm or more. Thereafter, this pure water is electrolyzed to take out obtained cathode water which is, in turn, neutralized. The obtained cathode water contains 0.1ppm or more of dissolved hydrogen (H<+> , H., H2 ). This dissolved hydrogen prevents or suppresses the damage of DNA.
