PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtian a latent curing agent which can penetrate even into a narrow gap by using a latent curing agent having a specified particle diameter and used for an epoxy resin. SOLUTION: This agent is in the form of a powder having a particle diameter of 5μm or below, desirably 0.5-3μm, more desirably 1-2μm. It has a content of particles with diameters of 5μm or below of 30wt.%, desirably 40wt.% or above. It is desirably an amine adduct curing agent in the form of a powder having a particle diameter of 5μm or below, particularly 3μm or below. When used in an epoxy resin composition, it in the form of microparticles can penetrate into a 5μm or narrower gap, and therefore it can cure the resin perfectly throughout the entire.
