PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive coating supply pipe having desired washability and flexibility and also consisting of simple constitution. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive coating supply pipe 10 constitutes a path 12 for conductive coating, and also it is provided with a first line 14 made of polytetrafluoroethylene having resistivity value of <=10<10>Ω.cm, more preferably <=10<5>Ω.cm and a second line 16 made of insulating material installed outside the first line 14. Outside the second line 16, an earth blade 18 and a pipe member 20 made of polyvinyl chloride are provided.
